Traditional Day at Sabinet

The staff at Sabinet Centurion office had an “African Traditional Food Day” on Wednesday the 08th of July. The staff members who prepared the delicacies served their colleagues dressed in traditional South African attire.


The Crew

A royal feast of Maotwana (Chicken Feet), Mogodu (Tripe), Morogo, Samp and Beans, Pap as well as Dumpling was enjoyed by all.

Above is a bowl of delicious Mogodu stew. Mogodu can be enjoyed with pap, dumpling or even samp.
